Apps from Kummer Homestead
Built and used on our own farm in Chattooga County, Georgia. Each one does one part of the farm well, and they work even better together.

Use one, or use them together
Each app stands on its own and keeps its own records. On the same iPhone they pass along what the others need to know, so nothing is entered twice:
- Flock and Grazing: a coop in Flock follows its flock in Grazing. Flock keeps the head count, Grazing the moves.
- Market: sells what the other two raise. Processing days in Flock become stock, and animals in Grazing become shares.
- Chores: a job ticked off there, like moving the cattle or checking a water tank, is recorded in Grazing or Flock.
The links are in the betas now and still being tested on our farm.

Questions
How do I join a beta?
On your iPhone or iPad, tap “Join the free beta” under the app. It opens TestFlight, Apple’s free app for testing apps before they’re in the App Store, and the app installs from there. Betas are free, and TestFlight tells you when there’s a new version.
What do they cost?
Grazing has a free plan for a homestead’s whole rotation, and paid plans for more herds and for teams; the prices are on its page. Flock and Market are free betas for now; their pricing will be set before launch. Chores has a free chore chart and paid Family and Farm plans; prices will be set before launch.
Are they on Android?
Not yet. They’re made for the iPhone and iPad, and Flock, Market and Chores run on the Mac too.
What’s next?
More apps for the rest of the homestead, built the same way: first for our own farm, then for yours. Tell us what you’d want next.
